They are fear free certified and are honestly the best! I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the Veterinarians and all the techs and staff are amazing. They know my pets by name and show them so much love and compassion. I’m 2020 during the height of the pandemic when I had to let go of my golden Maverick they got me in ASAP and the support they offered was unparalleled. I’d also like to point out they are extremely affordable. I now have two cats who are well taken care of and even my oldest Lettie who doesn’t love being held/messed with has no lasting I’ll effects or trauma after her visits because they send home a lovely kit prior to each appt to keep her calm and soothed as much as possible. They really are the absolute best!
